Casa de Sueno and Casa de Valencia are just steps from the swimming pool and a short one-block walk from the beach and four blocks from the small, bustling town of Tamarindo.

About the Two Villas:
Casa de Sueno (upper unit) and Casa de Valencia (lower unit) together form a brand new duplex, recently completed in December, 2004. Both units are beautifully furnished and accessorized with all the amenities necessary to make your vacation enjoyable. You receive the privacy, generous space and comforts of a family-size house for the price of a hotel room. Both units have the same floorplan, number of rooms, teak ceilings and tiled floors.

• Short walk down a footpath to beach (just across the street from beach with one row of houses between our villas & the beach
• Only a 10 minute walk to the center of town including shops, restaurants, activities & many services
