About Casa de Sueno and Casa de Valencia:
Casa de Sueno (upper unit) and Casa de Valencia (lower unit) together form a brand new duplex, recently completed in December, 2004 at the Casablanca Resort in Playa Tamarindo. Both units are beautifully furnished and accessorized with all the amenities necessary to make your vacation enjoyable. You receive the privacy, generous space and comforts of a family-size house for the price of a hotel room.

Both units have the same floorplan, number of rooms, teak ceilings and tiled floors. Click here to see a floorplan. Both units are very comfortable for two couples, four single adults or a family with children. Maximum occupancy is 7 persons including children.

The kitchens are fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quality dishware, glassware and cookware. You can use the kitchen to prepare any kind of menu should you decide to cook. A small grocery store is within 4 blocks away and offers a selection of basic provisions. Fresh fish can be purchased from fisherman and fruits from local fruitstands. Even martini glasses with a shaker and blender are provided.
