2009 & 2010 New Lower Rates
Due to the economy, we have lowered our rates from the previous 2006-2008 rates! Prices include all hotel taxes, housekeeping before/after and 2 times during your stay! No hidden charges.

Important Notes:
Prices include all cleaning before/after and 1x during your stay. There are no extra charges for hotel taxes or for cleaning. :-)

Multi-Week Discounts
Contact us for multiple week discounts during low season depending on availability. We offer a 10% discount for 3 week rentals and larger discounts for monthly or long-term rentals.

Large Groups
The other four villas in our complex are available as rentals. Contact me with specific details to arrange for multi-family or large group rentals for reunions and weddings for two to five villas.
