Casablanca is a charming and quaint gated complex of only five homes. In the center is a lush tropical garden area with a shared pool, walking bridge and patio furniture. It has a very peaceful and relaxing self-contained environment with the ambiance of a private estate. In addition to Casa de Valencia, the other four villas in our complex are available as rentals. Contact Debra to arrange for large group rentals for multi-family vacations, reunions and weddings for two up to five villas.
About Our Little Paradise
Located near the Hotel Capitan Suizo on the south end of Tamarindo Beach on the road to Playa Langosta, the Casablanca complex is directly across the street from the beach. Our ideal location is just a few steps to the sand down a footpath. We are only a short walking distance to groceries, shopping and dozens of restaurants--about 4 blocks to town. The south end of Tamarindo Beach is the most desirable area with a wide sandy beach with gentle waves and safe swimming conditions.

Elegant upstairs unit of duplex with vistas above the tree tops; 3 bedrooms include 2 with queen beds and 1 with single bed in contemporary decor throughout. Weekly rates are $1400 high season, $1200 low season and $2400 holiday season.
Casa Illusiones | 2 bedrooms + sleeper sofa | Sleeps 4 to 6
Spacious one-story villa with 2 bedrooms, extra sleeper sofa in living room and 2 baths with rustic furniture. Weekly rates are $1200 high season, $1000 low season and $2000 holiday season.
